By the N111 (Pamplona - Logroño) following the Santiago Way. In Estella take the deviation which connects you to the N112 in direction of Lodosa and Allo and 4 km away you will see a cartel "Dicastillo" follow the indications, skirt the Palacio wall and you will arrive at the principal entry.
