The 39 rooms of the hotel are all set in the same intimate, friendly and kind atmosphere, but each of them acquiring its own character, thanks to the disposition of space and the variety of paintings and graphics. The hotel restaurant, named Restaurant Melanosporum, responds to a philosophy where the customer can enjoy of a range of flavours, textures and products. Our chef, Alberto Vicente, surprises customers with his creativity, due to the intense and characteristic flavour of the black truffles, Tuber Melanosporum.
