| “Creative and entertaining cooking” by the 2009 Chef Tour arrived at the Hotel Catedral Almeria. This member hotel belonging to Domus Selecta offers a varied selection of original, delicious signature menus, included in the Gastronomical Sessions organized by the Association of Cooks and Pastry Cooks “Indalo” of Almeria. This year, the Hotel Catedral has looked for innovation presenting a collection of “tapas”, a veritable, traditional, gourmet attraction from the area to which the special, signature touch by the chef has been added. On the other hand, the exquisite menus offered by the hotel restaurant during the event at a price of 39 euros are within everyone’s reach. Juan Moreno, the Restaurant Juan Moreno chef and José Torrente, resident chef and chairman of the “Indalo Association”, were the first to present their respective menus. Even so, there are still more good things to come as, through to next Sunday, scrumptious dishes could be savoured by chefs Antonio Carmona, from the Restaurante Terraza Carmona (23 September), Ramón Sáez, from the Restaurante Estación La Purchena (24 September) and Antonio Gázquez, from the Restaurante Las Eras (26 September). A true delight for the five senses, available to everybody. |
