The Hotel
Mar de Sueve in Colunga (Austurias), has received the certification UNE ISO
14001:2004 by Aenor, that recognizes the environmental system taken by the
establishment with the aim of contributing to the improvement of the
environment.
The
certificate reinforces the strong commitment of the hotel for preserving the
environment, inside and outside its facilities, and for the strict achievement
of the objectives set by the current environmental laws.
With this
objective, the hotels plans, implants and imposes the running of an
environmental policy and dedicates all its resources to achieve it, training
the hotel stuff in this direction.

Mar de Sueve has also the quality distinction “Soñar en Asturias”
recognized by the Principality of Asturias, which is only given to those
establishments with high quality standards.

Mar de Sueve is built in a noble house dated from 1881, in the Asturian village of Colunga. The cossy atmosphere inside
allows you to enjoy the warmth of a little shelter in the middle of nature.
Beams, robust stone walls and wooden floors in the bedrooms remind of another
époque and maintains the old times charm.
