Spa 13 develops Bardo's wellness offering through treatments and therapies inspired by ancient Mayan traditions and adapted to each guest's needs. The space combines different massage techniques and treatments designed to promote relaxation, recovery, and personal balance.

Among its experiences is the Bardo Recovery Bath, an ice bath session designed to stimulate muscle recovery, promote mental clarity, and awaken the senses. The spa's offering also incorporates a commitment to the local community, with part of its income going towards the creation of the Mayan Healing School, dedicated to preserving and passing on Mayan healing traditions.

Bardo brings together a selection of experiences inspired by the traditions, culture, and surroundings of Yucatán. The programme includes temazcal ceremonies, sound healing sessions, and yoga classes across different disciplines, as well as the Bardo Recovery Bath, an ice bath experience created by the hotel.
