Mosaic Restaurant takes its name from the original 5th–6th-century Byzantine mosaic that presides over the space. Surrounded by Byzantine remains and an atmosphere shaped by Istanbul’s heritage, the restaurant invites guests to discover traditional Turkish cuisine alongside a carefully selected range of drinks.

The experience continues at Mosaic Terrace, where dinner comes with views of the Sea of Marmara, the Princes’ Islands, and the silhouette of the Blue Mosque.
