On this occasion, we celebrated a very special Singular Moments through a dual gathering at two prominent hotels in the collection: Pazo da Buzaca and Hotel Pepe Vieira, both located in Pontevedra, Spain, and connected to the vision of renowned Galician chef Xosé T. Cannas, awarded two Michelin stars and a Green Star for his commitment to sustainability.

The day began at Pazo da Buzaca, where the essence of Galician tradition blends seamlessly with the serenity of the natural surroundings. The property captivated attendees with its authenticity, the sense of tranquility it exudes, and the carefully curated aesthetics of every corner. After exploring the rooms of this historic pazo, as well as its church and dovecote—emblematic elements of traditional Galician architecture—the agents enjoyed a picnic by the pool, surrounded by grapevines and the privileged natural setting.

The gathering concluded at Hotel Pepe Vieira, an exclusive complex overlooking the estuary, where the chef’s restaurant, Pepe Vieira—a true culinary temple—stands at the heart of the project, surrounded by private accommodations in the form of contemporary lofts that harmoniously blend into the hillside, where modern design naturally interacts with the landscape of the Rías Baixas. Attendees enjoyed the breathtaking views, took an exclusive tour of the chef’s winery, and even discovered his personal motorcycle collection.

The outcome could not have been more positive: a day full of inspiration, hospitality, and connection with the Galician essence, allowing travel agents to experience firsthand and truly understand the spirit of the Domus Selecta boutique collection.
